Introducing: A new way to pay!
Your new Abington Bank Debit Visa® Card will replace your existing Debit Mastercard® or ATM card. Abington Bank Debit Mastercards were deactivated on April 12, 2022. Abington Bank ATM cards will be deactivated on May 17, 2022.
Did you misplace your new card, or did you forget to activate it?
Instant Issue Debit Cards are available at all Abington Bank offices. Stop by any of our locations and we will be happy to issue you a new Debit Visa Card on the spot.
Can’t make it to a branch to get a replacement?
We can mail you a new Debit Visa Card. Call Customer Care at 877.380.BANK (2265) to get started.
- For security purposes, your card will be mailed in a plain envelope, not an Abington Bank envelope.
- Be sure to follow the instructions to activate it and select a PIN.
- Once you activate your Debit Visa Card, your Debit Mastercard or ATM card will no longer work.
- Since your card will have a new number, you’ll also need to provide the new card information to merchants that process your recurring payments when you activate your new card.

Contactless payments. Just hold your new card near the reader to pay without inserting or swiping.
Mobile payments. Pay with a single touch! Add your new card to Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ or Samsung Pay™ to make purchases in-store, in-app, or online. Your card number won’t be stored on your device. A virtual token used to transmit payments ensures your card number and identity remain private during every transaction.
Secure, convenient design. With card information on the back, your name and card number are out of plain sight.
Verified by Visa. Get an additional layer of protection against unauthorized use of your card when shopping online. At participating merchant sites with the Visa Secure badge, you may be guided through an extra check to verify your identity.
SUM and Allpoint. Your new card will still have access to 55,000+ SUM and Allpoint network ATMs throughout the country.
Fraud watch. Your card is protected 24/7 with free fraud watch services that look for any suspicious card activity and contact you immediately if they detect potential fraud on your card. Be sure to keep your contact information up-to-date, especially your mobile number, so that we can contact you if we suspect fraud.
Turn your debit card on/off. If your card is ever lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraud, you can easily turn it on or off. Just visit the Service Center in Online Banking or our Mobile Banking app to get started.
