Friday, August 21

  • Bill Pay will be unavailable starting at Noon.

Saturday, August 22

  • TruNorth Bank offices will close at Noon.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Zelle®, and Telephone Banking will be unavailable starting at Noon.

Sunday, August 23

  • Digital banking services remain unavailable.

Monday, August 24

  • All TruNorth Bank offices (including former bankESB offices) will reopen for normal business hours.
  • Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Bill Pay, and Telephone Banking will be available at 10:00 AM.

Tuesday, August 25

  • Zelle® will be available at 3:00 PM.

What’s Ahead

Here is a brief summary of updates taking place on Monday, August 24:

  • Our Customer Care phone number will change to 855.527.4111.
  • Our Telephone Banking phone number will change to 877.372.2447.
  • Our Routing & Transit Number will change to 211870935, but you can continue to use your existing checks.
  • Our mortgage division, Hometown Mortgage, will be renamed TruNorth™ Mortgage.
  • Our Fee Schedule will be updated with a $15 fee for incoming domestic wires effective August 22 and a $6* monthly account fee for IOLTA Checking effective October 1.
  • Passbook Savings accounts will no longer be eligible for electronic transfers of funds out of the account, and we will no longer accept transfer requests over the phone with a bank representative.
  • Deposit insurance coverage will change. DIF insurance will continue for a limited time but will eventually be discontinued. FDIC insurance coverage will remain.
  • We will continue to accept loan payments at all locations, but you’ll notice on your statement that our new address for payments by mail will be:

  • We will begin offering Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

*Monthly account fee is $6.00 a month or interest earned, whichever is less.
